Chocolate is delicate. Our packing and support process is designed to protect every glossy shell, crisp bar, and keepsake box.
Gift presentation
Every gift box includes protective tissue, a tasting card, and the option to add a personal message at checkout.
Processing time
Most boutique orders leave our kitchen within two business days. Limited seasonal collections may require one additional day.
Returns and replacements
Because chocolate is perishable, we cannot accept returned food items. If a delivery arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours and we will make it right.
Delivery accuracy
Please review the shipping address carefully before payment. We are unable to guarantee replacements for incorrect addresses.
